I am very, and truly, envious of the fine technical knowledge that is presented on the various NSU related sites on the net. And I have wondered how I might contribute with some knowledge. And since my dayjob is in a trim shop (Autosattlerei) I thought that I should present a little about the interiors in the different NSU models.

On the following pages I have scanned the original information on interiors and their materials and colours. And I will try to continously add info on what materials that to my knowledge are available for restorers today. Please send me tips if you know of any sources where original (or original like) materials are obtainable

Remember that a trim shop (Autosattler, Autosadelmager, Selleria, Bilsadelmakare) can allways help you with interior problems. If you have two worn seats they can help you turn it into one good, and so on.
